The Leggs Building was originally built, in 1905; the barn is a bit of a mystery as to the exact date it was built. but when current owner Alex Mate purchased the main building and Barn, he was immediately charmed by the rustic charm and the great potential of this space that was not being used to its fullest potential.

Alex decided to renovate the barn in order to create a space where we could hold some private events and the project snowballed into what it is today, a charming, rustic space nested in the centre of downtown Hudson.
